Carrie and Charlie's Home

This is our home we bought in March, 2003. It was built in 1929 and is 1,238 sq. ft. on a 5,440 sq. ft. lot, 1 1/2 baths, 3 bedrooms, and central air and heat.
In March 2025 the home's roof was recovered and the garage roof replaced (both of those roofs were previously replaced in 1998).
